Quality
We source the best flowers
available and
deliver them either ourselves or with a special
flower delivery service. Each flower-gift is professionally designed
and delivered so you can
be confident the highest quality of product and service
is provided. Please note that while we
do our best for our flower arrangements to match
the photos on the site you must
understand that all photos are for demonstration purposes only
and there may be some minor variations
in type, size and colour of flowers, but not
in quality or value.
Hampers and Baskets
In
the case a product included in a hamper/basket is
not available we will replace it with a similar
product of equal or greater quality and
value.
Deliveries
We deliver anywhere in Australia. For Gifts and Baskets we use
professional freight service and there is an additional delivery charge for
locations other than Sydney, please refer to the table at the bottom
of the page**.
We offer same day service, six
days a week if your order is
placed by
11 am,
monday to friday. Orders placed after 11 am will be delivered the next delivery day. Weekend deliveries: Orders must
be received by
10am
for
Saturday deliveries. Sorry, but we do not deliver
on Sundays or public holidays (except for Mothers’ Day and
Valentine's day) unless by special arrangement.

as we can organize just about
anything anywhere!
Peak Periods
During peak periods such as
Mothers’ Day and Valentines’ Day, we do everything
possible to ensure on time delivery of our orders,
although on very rare occasions there may be
delays. To minimize the chance of delay during
these times please place your order as early as
possible.
Delivery Address Information
It is
important that you provide accurate delivery
information. In particular be sure
to enter the precise name and
delivery-address for the person to whom you
are sending flowers. For non-residential
addresses, such as maternity ward or a business,
supply this information in the 'Delivery
Instructions' box. If possible, provide a
telephone/mobile number so we can contact the
recipient should it become necessary. If the
recipient is not at the intended
address we will either: (a) leave the flowers
at the front-door or other appropriate
location provided it is safe to do so, or (b)
leave a note to arrange another delivery time or
pick up from our store. Re-delivery may incur an
additional delivery fee, Wine/Alcohol deliveries
can only be made in
Australia
to recipients over 18 years
of age. Note that local Alcohol laws
vary and it may not be possible for us to
deliver Alcohol to some destinations.
Cancellations
We
will credit your account for the full amount less
a $10 administration fee if you cancel before 10
am
Sydney
time on the day of
delivery. We cannot offer a refund once the order
has been made up and has left our store.
